The Nasdaq Hearings Panel (the "Panel") will monitor Blue Dolphin's continued compliance with the shareholders' equity rule for a period of one year. In the event Blue Dolphin falls out of compliance during the monitoring period, the Panel may, at its discretion, delist the Company's shares.
