Blue Mesa Health Inc. Achieves 'Preliminary' Recognition Status From CDC for Diabetes Prevention Program Transform

("Blue Mesa"), a US-based company with offices in New York and Vancouver, is pleased to announce that it has achieved Preliminary recognition status under the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Diabetes Prevention Recognition Program (DPRP). The DPRP recognizes organization that have demonstrated the ability to effectively deliver a proven type 2 diabetes prevention-focused lifestyle change program.

Blue Mesa is one of a select few digital or 'OnLine' providers (the Transform program is delivered remotely using a combination of home health monitoring technology, a smartphone app and remote coaching services) to have achieved preliminary of full recognition. Based on the recently updated 2018 standards, the DPRP awards three categories of recognition: pending, preliminary and full. The achievement of preliminary recognition is a significant achievement for Blue Mesa on the path to full recognition.
