Blue River Partners, LLC Acquires Steelbridge Compliance, LLC
DALLAS, Oct. 25, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Blue River Partners, LLC is pleased to announce the acquisition of Steelbridge Compliance, LLC, a consulting firm which has developed a national presence providing compliance related services to investment advisory firms of all sizes and asset classes. "This strategic acquisition allows us to aggregate the service offerings of the two firms to better address the increasingly complex and challenging regulatory and operating environment affecting the alternative asset industry," states Mark Fordyce, Blue River's Chief Executive Officer. All full-time employees of Steelbridge have been retained and will continue to provide the same level of quality services to its existing client base. Daryoush Niknejad, the President of Steelbridge, will be relocating to Blue River's New York office to facilitate the expansion of the combined businesses.
