Blue Sky Network to Debut Customized Aircraft Tracking and Event Data Monitoring Capability at NBAA-BACE

SAN DIEGO, Sept. 26, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Blue Sky Network, an industry leading global provider of satellite-based asset tracking and fleet management solutions, announced today that it will be showcasing the SkyRouter version 3.0.0 upgrade and a suite of other new product improvements at the National Business Aviation Association's Business Aviation Convention and Exhibition October 10 to 12 in Las Vegas.

"We think version 3.0.0 introduces an important development in aircraft event data monitoring," said Blue Sky Network President Gregoire Demory.  "The new SkyRouter flight data tracking capabilities will allow our users to access valuable in-flight event notifications including hard landing detection, turbulence, sudden change of altitude, vertical takeoff, and landings for helicopters, as well as sensor integration from the same convenient, cloud-based portal."

"The SkyRouter upgrade meets the current ICAO mandated safety standards while proofing the system for future standards without the expensive, additional FDM hardware or a complex integration process," added Demory.

Blue Sky Network is also introducing remote device configuration capabilities for their HawkEye PT+ portable units.

"Blue Sky Network is fully committed to providing industry leading products and services," said Blue Sky Network CEO Kambiz Aghili. "We work continuously with our customers to improve their safety and operational efficiency. Our innovative 'event data monitoring' features were developed based on an analysis of customer applications and industry trends. This exciting new capability will allow aircraft operators to accurately and cost effectively track their assets all over the world."
