The SmartSole system integrates Bluvision's BEEK sensor technology with BluFi beacon-reporting to provide caretakers with real-time data via a smartphone application. The application sends location information from BEEKS Bluetooth wireless sensors and can sense when a person has left a set location, such as a room, house or building.

By setting up the Cube to cover the entrances and exits, caretakers are being alerted to when their patients enter and leave certain rooms or the facility itself, providing a higher level of security a faster response time in the event a patient wanders off.
