(NYSE:BTH), a direct to consumer company and leading designer and marketer of candles, accessories for the home and wellness products, today announced that it has declared a semi-annual cash dividend of $0.10 per share on the Company's common stock for the six months ended June 30, 2012. This represents a 100% increase to the dividend paid in the comparable prior year period. The semi-annual dividend, authorized at the August 15, 2012 Board of Directors meeting, will be payable to shareholders of record as of October 1, 2012 and will be paid on October 15, 2012. Prior dividends per share reflect the Company's two-for-one stock split effective June 15, 2012.
