BNA Books' June 2011 Edition of "Patent, Trademark, and Copyright Laws" Analyzes the Latest Developments in Intellectual Property Law

ARLINGTON, Va., July 1, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- The June 2011 Edition of Patent, Trademark, and Copyright Laws analyzes the latest legislative developments that affect U.S. intellectual property law. The new June 2011 Edition includes recent changes to the nation's intellectual property laws. The update also includes the text of Public Law 111-349, enacted into law on January 4, 2011, which establishes a pilot program in certain federal district courts with respect to patent cases; and provisions of the "Department of Defense and Full-Year Continuing Appropriations Act, 2011," enacted into law on April 15, 2011, that relate to appropriations for the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the Copyright Office.

Included with the June 2011 Edition is an updated CD-ROM containing the entire text of the book in HTML format for easy searching and copying-and-pasting.
