BNY Mellon Appointed Transfer Agent for Seadrill Ltd.

JERSEY CITY, N.J., April 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- BNY Mellon today announced that it has been appointed transfer agent for Seadrill Ltd. (NYSE: SDRL).

An international offshore drilling company, Seadrill is listing their common shares on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) in addition to their current listing on the Oslo Stock Exchange.  BNY Mellon will provide transfer agent and cross border share transfer services for the NYSE-listed shares.  BNY Mellon's mandate commences on April 15, the date on which Seadrill's shares will list on the NYSE.
