Bobby Genovese's BG Capital Group Acquires 50 Percent Interest in Solutions With Impact, Inc.

PLANTATION, Fla., May 14, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- BG Capital Group has acquired 50-percent interest of one of Canada's largest and most successful event management, promotional marketing, and public relations agencies, announced Board Chairman Bobby Genovese.

The stake in Solutions with Impact, Inc. (SWI) signals BG Capital Group's increased emphasis on key philanthropic efforts in tandem with its foray into the luxury hospitality market with the 2012 development of BG Signature Properties, a portfolio of 12 exclusive luxury retreats in the US, Canada, Europe, South America and Bahamas.
