BOE holds Innovation Partner Conference 2026, navigating new industrial landscape through optronics integration

BEIJING, Sept. 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The BOE Innovation Partner Conference 2026 (BOE IPC 2026) opened in China National Convention Center Phase II on September 22, with the theme of "Display for Interaction, Optronics for Tomorrow." Debut of cutting-edge technologies, ecosystem synergy for industrial growth

This year's IPC features dedicated exhibition zones for Optronics Integration, AI+, Sustainable Development, and Partners, offering attendees a one-stop immersive experience with cutting-edge technologies.

In the Optronics Integration exhibition zone, BOE debuts pioneering display technologies under its three technology brands. In terms of ADS Pro, the 85-inch RGBX Ultra TV is definitely a magnet. The TV features the industry‑first dual‑quad‑primary‑color architecture of "RGBC panel + RGBC BLU," coupled with an intelligent color conversion algorithm. It achieves 130% BT.2020 color gamut coverage. The globally launched 31.5-inch 8K UB Cell monitor supports switching between 8K at 120Hz and 4K at 240Hz, seamlessly integrating 8K resolution with precision local dimming. In terms of f-OLED, BOE showcases its transparent OLED display, which conforms to the industry's first image quality evaluation standard that combines subjective and objective methodologies. This technology received Pantone Validated certification for its excellent color performance, the first and only one in China's display industry. Through material and structural optimizations, the Glaze OLED Display has a module crease depth of less than 100μm and a crease slope below 20 μm/mm, both down 60%. Its mechanical strength increases by 50%. The display can withstand over 50,000 folding cycles at -40°C, and has been officially certified with the SGS High Creaseless Performance Mark. As to a-MLED, the 135-inch P0.7 Micro LED display achieves a peak brightness of 3,000 nits with a module thickness of only 7mm, setting a new benchmark for slim and lightweight commercial large-format displays.

Optronics integration is a key highlight of this conference. The 2.8m² standard perovskite PV module has passed the double 85 test and 1000-hour 85°C MPPT test for stability, and obtained TÜV Rheinland certification to IEC 61215 and IEC 61730. China's first national standard in the field of perovskite PV, with BOE Solar Technology as a main drafting organization, was released recently. BOE brings its latest ultra-large glass core substrate based on Through Glass Via (TGV) technology. This substrate supports advanced packaging for AI and high-performance computing chips, addressing the challenges of warpage and insufficient routing in large-size substrates. BOE also showcases its Micro LED Optical Interconnect System Link and a functional prototype for Micro LED short-reach optical interconnects, demonstrating its technical capabilities in optronics integration.
