Bogotá Conquers Madrid and New York with the Talent of 13 Fashion Brands

Thirteen Bogotá-based brands from the vibrant districts of San Victorino and Restrepo made their international debut this September at MOMAD 2025 in Madrid and New York Fashion Week (NYFW). Backed by the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce, these designers showcased the creative power and commercial edge of Colombian fashion.

BOGOTÁ, Colombia, Sept. 29, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Colombian talent took center stage this season at two of the world's most influential fashion platforms: the Madrid International Fashion Fair – MOMAD and New York Fashion Week (NYFW). Thirteen emerging brands from Bogotá's iconic neighborhoods of San Victorino and Restrepo, supported by the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce (CCB) through its Puente program, marked a historic milestone for the internationalization of the city's fashion industry.

At MOMAD 2025, seven designers —El Maletero, Seven7, NK, Kott Risk, OC59, With Love María, and Santina Boots— unveiled their Spring/Summer collections on the Colectivo Bogotá Runway and at the Bogotá Fashion Week stand. Their proposals seamlessly blended sustainability, innovation, and local identity. Ovidio Claros, CEO of the CCB, celebrated the milestone: "This achievement embodies the pride of internationalizing Bogotá's businesses with inclusivity, bringing their talent to global showcases."

Shortly after, thanks to a strategic alliance between the CCB and Fashion Designers of Latin America (FDLA), eight brands took to the stage at NYFW-FDLA: Cannabis, Divina Collection, ISMO, Lisantiny, NUNK/NK, Seven7, PLUR, and UANA. The New York experience included a Fashion Talk, a collective runway, projections on the giant screens of Times Square, and a curated Pop-Up. Designers shared the spotlight with industry icons such as Ágatha Ruiz de la Prada, who praised Colombian creativity: "I'm a total fan of Colombia; this show filled me with joy."
