BOHAN Takes Home Gold at Advertising Age Small Agency of the Year Awards

NASHVILLE, Tenn., July 28, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- BOHAN Advertising was named Southeast Small Agency of the Year by marketing trade publication, Advertising Age. An awards show was held in Austin, Texas at the close of Ad Age's sold-out small agency conference. Hundreds of agencies entered the awards show, which identifies the hottest up and coming ad agencies from around the country. The Ad Age recognition follows an incredible three-year period of growth for the agency, with profits doubling and revenues increasing 42 percent.

David Bohan launched the agency in 1990 with one client and a small office on Nashville's Music Row. Twenty-four years later, the office has become an entire city block and the agency is competing in national pitches for household brand names.  

This year, BOHAN beat out national agencies twice its size to win the O'Charley's casual dining chain business. Other national brands on the roster include Dollar General and Jos. A. Bank. And in a city known as the "silicon valley of healthcare," BOHAN was named AOR this year for one of the country's most progressive health systems, Saint Thomas Health.
