Borders in Boston Welcomes 'Diary of a Wimpy Kid' Author Jeff Kinney for Book Signing Friday, March 18

Jeff Kinney, author of the bestselling "Diary of a Wimpy Kid" series, will greet fans and sign books to celebrate the major motion picture release of 20th Century Fox's "Diary of Wimpy Kid: Rodrick Rules," based on the second book in his series.

In addition to meeting Kinney in person, fans can also enjoy a chance to win tickets to an advanced screening of the film Tuesday, March 22 at 7 p.m. at AMC Boston Common.

This book signing event is free and open to the public. A wristband is required to access the signing line. A limited number of wristbands will be distributed for this event. The store will begin issuing wristbands when it opens March 18 at 7 a.m.
