BOSS Controls Hires Daniel Brailer As Chief Operating Officer, Former VP Of Investor Relations And Corporate Affairs At WESCO International
PITTSBURGH, Aug. 19, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- BOSS Controls LLC, a leading Internet of Things ("IoT") energy management and controls company, announced that Daniel A. Brailer, former VP of Investor Relations and Corporate Affairs at WESCO International, Inc., will join BOSS effective September 1, 2015 as Chief Operating Officer.

At WESCO, Brailer was credited with establishing and building WESCO's investor relations program, from the 1999 IPO to 2015. Over his 16 years at WESCO, Dan held additional management responsibilities including Treasurer, Risk Management, Corporate Secretary, Legal, Real Estate, and Corporate Communications. Prior to joining WESCO, Brailer worked for Mellon Bank for approximately 17 years and last served as Senior VP of the Basic Industries Group, Wholesale Banking Department. In a volunteer capacity, he served as Vice Chairman of West Penn Allegheny Health System and Chairman of the Governance Committee, and currently serves as Chairman of the Strategic Planning Committee for the Watson Institute.
