Boulder Heavy Industries' Fact & Fiction Acquires KAROT as Agency Enters Growth Mode

BOULDER, Colo., Oct. 17, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- After a successful partnership supporting shared client projects, strategic creative shop Fact & Fiction, a Boulder Heavy Industries portfolio company, has acquired full-service content studio, KAROT.

With the addition of KAROT's comprehensive production capabilities, Fact & Fiction is better able to build not only brands worth caring about, but also to make content worth paying attention to.  Fact & Fiction's integrated "strategy + creative + production" approach allows the agency to move at the speed and value structure of the latest digital media without sacrificing quality when it comes to content.

Following his success at PopSugar, including creating branded content for clients from Starbucks to Levi's, Frydenger recognized an interest in working directly with brands. Launching his own studio, he went on to partner with industry powerhouses such as Sephora, Porsche, Chase, and Estée Lauder.
