(PINK SHEETS: BBTC), a global technology company specializing in business intelligence, today released an open letter to shareholders, customers, and employees announcing that the company is changing its name and expanding with innovative new services and expanded capabilities. Moving forward, the company will focus its efforts on acquiring and developing services that improve the way businesses promote and protect their identity online. This new direction is designed to strengthen BounceBack Technologies, renamed as Name Dynamics, Inc., and help shape the future growth of the company in demand markets such as online search, interactive marketing, and business identity security. Dear Shareholders,

Welcome to your new and exciting company.  As previously announced, BounceBackTechnologies.com, Inc. (BBTC) acquired all of the issued and outstanding stock of Name Dynamics, Inc., a private company.  We intend to change the name of the company from BounceBackTechnologies.com, Inc. to Name Dynamics, Inc.

In the acquisition transaction, the principals and others associated with Name Dynamics, Inc. received approximately 18 million shares of BBTC common stock in exchange for all of the issued and outstanding common stock of Name Dynamics, Inc., and its subsidiary Universal Business Listings (UBL).  As a result, the combined company has approximately 30 million shares outstanding, which is the maximum amount of shares authorized by the Articles of Incorporation of BounceBackTechnologies.com, Inc.

The combined company has an aggressive plan for the next three months, including a corporate restructuring and a shareholder meeting.  The preliminary agenda for the shareholder meeting includes the following items:  (1) change the state of incorporation from Minnesota to Delaware, (2) a reverse stock split, (3) approval of the combined company's new auditors, Habif, Arogeti & Wynne LLP, (4) producing audited financial statements, (5) amending the Articles of Incorporation to authorize additional common stock and (6) the proposal of an employee stock compensation plan.  You will receive a formal notification regarding the shareholders meeting, including a chance to vote on the aforementioned agenda items.

Currently, the members of our Board of Directors are:  Jack Pilger, Doyal Bryant, Chris Travers, David Jaques and Jerry Robinson.  We intend to nominate three additional directors, all of whom will be independent and possess industry expertise.  The current officers of the combined company are:  Doyal Bryant, Chris Travers and David Jaques.  We are also in the process of forming an Advisory Board made up of world-renowned Industry leaders.
