BRADY Federal Services Joins ACT Environmental Services
SAN DIEGO and SUNNYVALE, Calif., April 5, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- ACT Environmental Services has reached an agreement to acquire the Federal Services Division of Richard Brady & Associates. "We made a strategic decision to divest the Federal Services portion of our business to better align our investments and activities with BRADY's core business, which is the engineering and design of world-class water-related projects," stated Rick Brady, President and CEO of Richard Brady & Associates. Brady continued, "ACT proved to be a great option, allowing growth opportunities for our Federal team, while enabling us to continue to work together with these tremendously talented professionals."
Included in the acquisition were BRADY's Environmental Engineering, Remediation and Construction Operations and related assets.
