Mother Model Management has recommended Brain-Body Therapy since the platform launched and previously included the app in its official model guide.

A 2024 systematic review and network meta-analysis published in The BMJ, examining 218 studies involving more than 14,000 participants, found exercise was an effective treatment for depression, with walking or jogging, yoga and strength training among the activities associated with reductions in depressive symptoms.
