BranchServ Helps Sunmark Federal Credit Union Win with Innovation

The MX8800 in-lobby unit and the 7800i drive-up unit from Nautilus Hyosung were selected and installed by BranchServ at Rotterdam due to their breadth of transaction capabilities, unsurpassed user-friendliness, enhanced security and user privacy protections. Per David Pepin, BranchServ COO, "This technology utilizes core processor integration and can therefore perform almost any teller transaction.  And the MX8800/7800i allow the credit union to utilize video support services as a complement to in-branch assistance, instead of a substitute.
