RADNOR, Pa., Dec. 8, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Brandywine Realty Trust (NYSE: BDN) announced today that our Board of Trustees has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per common share, payable on January 20, 2016 to holders of record on January 6, 2016. The Board of Trustees also declared a quarterly dividend of $0.43125 for each 6.90% Series E Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Share, payable on January 15, 2016 to holders of record on December 30, 2015.
