Bravado Appoints Tracy Nurse to Senior Vice President of International

NEW YORK, Oct. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Bravado, the world's leading global music merchandising company, has appointed Tracy Nurse to Senior Vice President of International.  The announcement was made today by Tom Bennett, Chief Executive Officer of Bravado and to whom Ms. Nurse reports.

Prior to joining Bravado, Ms. Nurse served as Senior Vice President of International Marketing for Columbia/Epic Label Group, where she oversaw all activities of the group's international marketing staff as well as developing global marketing campaigns for a broad array of artists and projects including Beyonce, Neil Diamond, Celine Dion, Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen, Barbra Streisand and Shakira. Formerly, Ms. Nurse served as Senior Vice President of Marketing for Sony Music International (SMI), where she directed SMI's marketing activities and oversaw the company's international marketing staff. 

Ms. Nurse first joined Sony in 1981 as part of the International A&R department of CBS Records, UK. In 1983 she joined CBS Songs, and over the next four years she held a variety of roles, including Creative Coordinator, within that organization. She moved to CBS International in 1987 as Promotions Coordinator and was promoted to Manager, Tours and Promotions for CBS Records in 1988. She became Marketing Manager for Columbia in 1991 and was promoted to Director, European Marketing, Columbia in 1993.
