Breast Cancer Awareness Month at Combined Insurance

Breast cancer affects American women and men year-round; and supplemental insurance benefits can be used to cover the unexpected out-of-pocket costs associated with a diagnosis.

On October 20th, twenty employees from Combined Insurance and their family members participated in the American Cancer Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk in Chicago for the fourth consecutive year. The walk raises awareness and funds to save lives from breast cancer. This year, their team raised nearly $7,000 to support the fight against breast cancer.
Corporate employees designated a day to wear pink in honor of the awareness month and hosted fundraisers to benefit the American Cancer Society.
And, the company also participated earlier this year at the American Cancer Society's Walk and Roll Chicago, which brings together thousands to honor, raise money and support all cancer during April's Cancer Control Month.
