Brennan Enters Into Partnership to Redevelop Lexington Distillery District

CHICAGO, Jan. 26, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The Brennan Investment Group and the Lexington Distillery District have entered into a strategic partnership to redevelop fifteen acres of land, and nine industrial properties, adjacent to the central business district in Lexington, Kentucky.  The partnership combines the Brennan Investment Group's extensive real estate expertise with the Lexington Distillery District's existing management team.  This strategic alliance complements the existing development plans that have been in the works for the past several years.  "Partnering with the Brennan Investment Group allows us to better address the interim business needs while at the same time continuing to pursue the long term development vision," stated Barry McNees, Lexington Distillery District partner.
