Brennan Investment Group Acquires 217,000 SF Property in Mt. Prospect, Illinois

CHICAGO, Sept. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Brennan Investment Group, LLC, a private industrial real estate investment firm, announced today the acquisition of a 217,000 square foot industrial facility in Mt. Prospect, Illinois.  Located at 1900-2000 S. Carboy Road, the partially-leased, two-building property sits on 8 acres of land in the desirable O'Hare submarket of Chicago, Illinois.

The company's strategy is to acquire income-producing industrial properties in major markets throughout the United States, and to source and manage those investments through its locally-based managing principals.  "Long-term, the O'Hare market is one of the nation's very best industrial markets," Michael W.
