Brennan Investment Group Appoints Keith Hartley as Director, Head of Technology

Newly Created Leadership Role Advances Brennan's Commitment to Technology, Operational Efficiency and Continued Growth

ROSEMONT, Ill., Sept. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Brennan Investment Group ("Brennan"), a privately held industrial real estate investment firm, announced that Keith Hartley has joined the company as Director, Head of Technology, a newly established leadership role based at Brennan's Rosemont headquarters.

In this role, Hartley will lead Brennan's technology strategy and initiatives across the organization, with a focus on enterprise applications, data governance and security, vendor management, and business transformation. He will work closely with teams across the company to identify opportunities to strengthen cybersecurity, improve data quality and reporting capabilities, identify opportunities for AI driven efficiency, and ensure Brennan's technology platform continues to support the firm's growth and business objectives.

Hartley brings more than a decade of technology leadership experience supporting commercial real estate investment management and global organizations. Most recently, he served as Global Manager, Infrastructure and Systems Engineering at Cboe Global Markets, where he led global infrastructure and systems engineering and helped lead the training, development, and standardization of the company's AI platform. Previously, as Vice President, Technology Enablement and Operations at Harrison Street Real Estate Capital, he built and led the firm's technology enablement function, streamlined its application environment, and integrated key platforms with a new data warehouse to improve reporting and visibility across the asset lifecycle. Earlier in his career, Hartley served as Assistant Vice President, IT Enterprise Product Manager at GCM Grosvenor.
