Brennan Investment Group Expands into Phoenix with Appointment of Matt Field as Senior Vice President

Industrial real estate veteran brings 15 years of investment experience to lead Brennan's entry into the Phoenix market

PHOENIX, Aug. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Brennan Investment Group ("Brennan"), a leading private real estate investment firm that acquires, develops, and operates industrial facilities throughout the United States, announced today its expansion into the Phoenix industrial market with the appointment of Matt Field as Senior Vice President. Based in Phoenix, Field will lead Brennan's efforts in the market as the firm expands its industrial investment platform.

Field brings approximately 15 years of commercial real estate experience, with a strong background in industrial acquisitions, investment strategy and capital markets throughout Phoenix and the Western United States.

Prior to joining Brennan, Field held investment and leadership roles with Bridge Investment Group, Ryan Companies, and Douglas Emmett. Throughout his career, he consummated over $7 billion of real estate transactions and financings across industrial and other institutional real estate asset classes. Most recently, at Bridge Investment Group, Field served as Vice President and Investment Officer for the West Region, overseeing investment activity across the West, Southwest and Mountain West.
