Brennan Investment Group Forms Partnership to Develop 277 Acres in the Tampa Bay Area

TAMPA BAY, Fla., March 10, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Brennan Investment Group has formed two development partnerships in the Greater Tampa Bay area involving two parcels aggregating 277 acres. The first parcel is 66 acres of rail served land located in Southwest Hillsborough County, one mile west of I-75. The second parcel is 211 acres located in Plant City, Florida adjacent to Interstate 4, halfway between Tampa and Orlando. Combined, these sites can accommodate up to 4,000,000 square feet of new development and will allow for building sizes from 50,000 to 1,000,000 square feet.

The development venture will focus largely on industrial build-to-suits. The partnership will also engage in fee development and entertain select land sales, as appropriate.
