BRG Strengthens Financial Institution Advisory Practice with Addition of Two Senior Leaders

Roger Park and Chris Harris bring decades of large-scale operations and technology transformation experience, part of a broader buildout of the firm's capabilities in this space.

NEW YORK, Sept. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- BRG today announced that Roger Park and Chris Harris have joined the firm's Financial Institution Advisory (FIA) practice as managing directors, bringing decades of leadership experience from global consulting firms and financial institutions. Their additions mark the first step in a broader expansion of BRG's operations and technology transformation capabilities for financial services clients.

Harris brings more than 35 years of financial services consulting experience from EY and Accenture, helping clients harness new sources of growth, adopt innovative technologies and streamline operations to deliver higher-quality customer experiences more efficiently and sustainably. His work spans both strategy and hands-on execution. He has a history of continuous innovation in building practices and developing transformative, high-value solutions for clients.

Park brings more than 30 years of global professional services leadership and experience building C-suite relationships, launching and scaling new practices and leading enterprise-wide transformation and AI deployment at global scale. Most recently, he led EY's global business enablement AI transformation program after growing the firm's Financial Services technology consulting practice into a multibillion-dollar business.

Harris and Park will lead the Operations & Technology Transformation team within FIA. They will help drive BRG's growing focus on transformation for banks and financial institutions, an area the firm is building around AI from the outset both in how we serve clients and operate internally. The approach pairs AI-enabled delivery with reusable practitioner knowledge and value-aligned commercial structures to help our clients implement meaningful change that maximizes their own investments in AI.
