Brick Brewing Reports Results of Election of Directors
KITCHENER, ON, June 11, 2014 /CNW/ - Brick Brewing Co. Limited ("Brick" or the "Company") (TSX: BRB) today announced that at the annual meeting of shareholders held yesterday (the "Meeting"), each of the seven nominees listed in the management information circular dated April 16, 2014 were elected as directors of the Company. A total of 23,184,466 common shares or 67.40% of Brick's issued and outstanding common shares, were voted in connection with the annual meeting. Shareholders voted by a show of hands in favour of each item of business. The detailed results of the vote are set out below.
