This joint venture will Strengthen NSBA's and Pacesetter's position in the Southwestern United States and Mexico and will spark innovation and maximize the talent, resources and assets of both companies. NSPS Metals starts construction of its new 130,000 square foot steel distribution and processing center in Houston, Texas in March 2019. According to the plans, later expansion to 260,000 square feet is contemplated. The first development phase of this facility is to be completed in early 2020. Pacesetter founder Steve Leebow stated, "Investment is our commitment to the Southwestern marketplace and Mexico."
