Henry, who joined Bright Horizons in 2004, leads the overall people strategy. Henry is also the past chairman of the Board of the Northeast Human Resources Association, and he served on the boards of the SHRM Foundation and Squash Busters. He graduated from Cornell University's College of Industrial and Labor Relations and lives in North Easton, MA.
