Mariola brings more than 25 years of leadership experience to the firm. He continues to serve as Chairman of Digital BrandWorks, an online digital solutions company. For the majority of Mariola's career, he was President of Ambius, a division of publicly-traded international service organization Rentokil Initial plc, based in the U.K.
