Mishan & Sons, Inc. d/b/a/ Emson Products in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts for infringement of U.S. Patent No. 7,866,841 by offering for sale and selling the BELL & HOWELL TACLIGHT tactical flashlight product for use in a manner that violates the parties' intellectual property rights. The lawsuit seeks damages and an injunction to prevent Emson from offering for sale and selling any products infringing the patented technology.
