Broad Sky Partners Expands Investment Team with Addition of Henry Elefter as Managing Director

NEW YORK, Oct. 28, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Broad Sky Partners ("Broad Sky" or "BSP"), a middle market firm investing in essential services businesses, today announced that Henry Elefter has joined its Investment Team as a Managing Director and member of the Investment Committee, adding senior investment leadership across Broad Sky's Essential Services strategy.

Broad Sky's sector-focused, thematic approach targets businesses supported by durable, long-term demand, including aging infrastructure, increasing regulatory and compliance requirements, and the growing need for specialized outsourced partners. Henry's addition strengthens the Investment Team's ability to source, evaluate, and support companies across these themes.

Henry brings nearly two decades of investment experience across industrials, business services, and infrastructure, most recently at Partners Group in its North American Direct Private Equity strategy, and previously at Metalmark Capital and Global Infrastructure Partners.

Broad Sky Partners also hired Varun Reddy as an Associate on the Investment Team, further building out the firm's capacity. Prior to Broad Sky, Reddy worked at Temasek in New York, where he focused on co-investments. He earned a B.S. in Commerce, with concentrations in Finance and Information Technology, from the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce.
