New Office Positions Firm for Strategic Growth in the U.S. Market

The New York office features a distinguished team of five founding partners, each with decades of experience from leading law firms. Their expertise spans labor and employment, corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, venture capital, strategic investments, and complex litigation, strengthening Broadfield's capabilities in high-stakes deals and dispute resolution. 

The office's founding team includes:

• Michael Volpe, Co-Founding Partner of Broadfield U.S., formerly a partner at Venable LLP, who brings over 30 years of experience advising multinational corporations on complex labor relations, employment litigation, and regulatory compliance.
• Christopher Hagenbuch, Co-Founding Partner of Broadfield U.S., previously a partner at Dentons, who brings extensive experience in M&A, venture capital, and strategic investments across various industries, including technology, life sciences, and entertainment.
• Michael O'Brien, Co-Founding Partner of Broadfield U.S., formerly at Otterbourg P.C., offers deep expertise in M&A, private equity, life sciences, fintech, and corporate governance.
• Adele Hogan, Co-Founding Partner of Broadfield U.S., also joins from Otterbourg P.C., bringing a distinguished career that includes training at Cravath and extensive experience in capital markets, regulatory governance, and M&A transactions totaling over $200 billion.
• Trevor Bradley, Co-Founding Partner of Broadfield U.S., most recently at Robinson+Cole, is a commercial litigator with over a decade of experience handling complex business disputes.
