Broadway Gourmet Names Tony Cascino Executive Chef
Former Max Ultimate Executive Chef Oversees Culinary Operations
BOSTON, April 4, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Broadway Gourmet, Boston area catering and event specialist, has named Tony Cascino its new Executive Chef.
Mr. Cascino will oversee all aspects of culinary operations at Broadway Gourmet. Broadway Gourmet, which has an extensive corporate and social events and catering division, will further expand its dominance in the Boston market by utilizing Mr. Cascino's vast culinary knowledge and experience.

Before joining Broadway Gourmet, Mr. Cascino served as Executive Chef at Max Ultimate, where he oversaw a production staff of 30+ cooks and pastry chefs.
Prior to Max Ultimate, Cascino was Executive Sous Chef at Gourmet Caterers in Boston, where he had the honor of preparing food for President Obama on multiple occasions. He has been a guest lecturer at Harvard University and has taught culinary classes w/ Julia Child, Helen Chan, Martin Yan and Jacques Pepin at Boston University, where he earned his BA and Masters Degree.
