MONTREAL, May 13, 2015 /CNW Telbec/ - Broccolini is pleased to announce the official opening of the Broccolini Corporate Centre Saint-Laurent 2. An official ceremony will be held in the new LEED certified building today in the presence of the main tenants and the Mayor of Saint-Laurent, Alan DeSousa.
Built in just a little over a year, this LEED® Silver commercial class 'A' installation offers 129,310 square feet of usable commercial and office space over 5 floors.
Almost half of the available leasable space will be occupied by Hospira Healthcare Corporation, the Canadian division of Hospira Inc. Hospira has established their Canadian head office in the building and will serve as the anchor tenant of the complex, occupying 51 532 square feet.
Furthermore, Innomar Strategies Inc., a division of AmerisourceBergen Canada, will occupy 13,967 square feet of the available space.
Negotiations are underway with other potential tenants for the remaining space.
Located on the corner of Hymus Blvd. and Alfred-Nobel Blvd., the new facility is positioned at the gateway of Technoparc Montréal's Saint-Laurent Campus. The site is close to Highways 13 and 40, and is only a 10-minute drive from the Montreal Pierre-Elliot-Trudeau International Airport and 20 minutes from downtown Montreal. Its location also offers access to public transportation.
This modern installation offers state-of-the-art shared amenities including a full-service cafeteria with catering services provided by the Montreal based company, 21st Century Food. The building also includes a fitness centre and physio room, with lockers and showers; an outside terrace adjacent to the cafeteria, and additional landscaped green spaces.
The site proposes ample exterior parking, as well as underground parking, and includes spaces equipped with charging stations for electric vehicles. Bicycle racks are also available.

This new complex is Broccolini's second project located in Technoparc Montréal's Saint-Laurent Campus and adds to the company's growing list of LEED® certified buildings. As a contractor and developer, the company has realized more than forty projects on the West Island.
