BSQUARE Announces Appointment of Robert J. Chamberlain to Board of Directors
BELLEVUE, Wash., Aug. 26, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- BSQUARE Corporation (NASDAQ: BSQR), a leading enabler of smart, connected systems and emerging provider of actionable data solutions for the Internet of Things (IoT), today announced Robert J. Chamberlain (Bob) has been appointed as a member of the board to fill a current vacancy.
Mr. Chamberlain will serve as class II director and as such his term of office will expire at the company's 2017 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. Additionally, Mr. Chamberlain was appointed to the audit committee of the board because he is a 20-year technology sector veteran as a chief financial officer of software companies, game developers, and Internet hardware providers. Bob also has 30 years of financial executive experience including serving as a partner in a Big 4 certified public accounting firm.

Biography for Robert Chamberlain:
From 2014 to present, Mr. Chamberlain served as the CFO for Big Fish Games Incorporated, a leading provider of casual games, which was acquired by Churchill Downs, Inc. From 2013 to 2014, Mr. Chamberlain served as the senior vice president and CFO for Audience Science Incorporated, a leading provider of Enterprise Advertising Management Systems. Prior to serving in that capacity, Mr. Chamberlain was senior vice president and CFO of PopCap Games Incorporated, another provider of casual gaming from 2009 to 2011 that was acquired by Electronic Arts, Inc. Mr. Chamberlain served as CFO for WatchGuard Technologies Incorporated, a private global provider of firewall and unified threat management (UTM) appliances from 2006 to 2009. He has also served as CFO of other technology companies in the Seattle area including F5 Networks, Onyx Software Corp. (acquired by Consona Corporation) and Photodisc (acquired by Getty Images, Inc.). Earlier in his career, Mr. Chamberlain was an audit partner in the Seattle office of KPMG where he served middle market public and private companies. Mr. Chamberlain has a BS in Business Administration-Accounting from California State University Northridge.
