BTC Digital Signs Mining Equipment Hosting Services Agreement with Tianci Group Holding Limited

Company to provide hosting and on-site operations and maintenance services through its facility in Manila, Arkansas

SINGAPORE, Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- BTC Digital Ltd. ("BTC Digital" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: BTCT), a Nasdaq-listed digital computing infrastructure company, today announced that it has entered into a mining equipment hosting services agreement with Tianci Group Holding Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tianci International Inc. (NASDAQ: CIIT).

Under the agreement, BTC Digital will provide hosting and management services for the customer's Bitcoin mining equipment through its hosting facility in Manila, Arkansas. The services include rack space, power access, cooling and ventilation, internet connectivity, physical security and on-site technical support.

Hosting Services

Hosting services will commence after the equipment is delivered to the facility, registered and successfully completes standard testing. The initial service term will be one year from the date BTC Digital issues written notice that services have commenced, and may be renewed in accordance with the terms of the agreement.

The cooperation is expected to expand BTC Digital's hosting business at its U.S. mining facilities. The Company will arrange the commencement of services based on the progress of equipment delivery, registration and testing.

The Company will continue to coordinate equipment intake, testing and on-site preparations in accordance with the agreement.
