Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney Boosts Its Energy & Utility Practice With Five Lawyers From Ryan, Russell, Ogden & Seltzer

HARRISBURG, Pa., Jan. 11, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC has expanded its Energy Practice with five lawyers from Ryan, Russell, Ogden & Seltzer PC, a Central Pennsylvania law firm that focused extensively on energy, water, renewables and utility as well as telecommunications matters.

W. Edwin Ogden and Alan M. Seltzer, co-founding partners of Ryan, Russell, Ogden & Seltzer PC, join the firm as shareholders, as does John F. Povilaitis. Jeffrey A. Franklin joins as counsel and Bridgid M. Good joins as an associate.
