Versalift employees have been aware of the need for quick response to natural disasters for a long time, as these events severely impact the industries in which the company's customers work by doubling workload and increasing operational risk.

After the destructive landfall of Hurricanes Harvey, Irma and Maria, Versalift began to leverage its organization to make rental fleets, technician training and easy access to capital available to its customers that were mobilizing to restore electric power in Florida, Texas, Louisiana and Puerto Rico. More recently, the fires in central and southern California have presented electric power infrastructure challenges, as the network of overhead lines has been badly damaged there.
