Hadida comes with several years of experience in the Sales and Hospitality industry across the globe and his most recent international project was based out of Mexico where he spent six years serving as the Assistant Director of Sales for an American company, Cabo Azul Resort and Spa. During his employment there, Hadida specialized in client profiling, creating effective sales strategies, and managing and training sales executives teams at any given time on topics such as, product knowledge, creating urgency, and high closing rate techniques. Hadida was recognized for achieving specialized sales strategies, highest closing percentages, and maximum client satisfaction.

As the Director of International Business Development, Hadida will be responsible for overseeing the international expansion of the company's engineering and consulting services.

Hadida will also actively participate in all aspects of the consulting and engineering expansion including, project initiation, steel product design, calculation, approvals, and hurricane specific engineering.
