Trollope has served in senior leadership roles at some of the world's largest construction and real estate companies, most recently as Global Head of Project Management Advisory at CBRE Group, where he led a business unit with over 5,000 staff and USD $1 billion annual turnover.

Trollope's appointment marks Buildots' first advisory board member with deep construction consultancy expertise, reflecting the company's strategic expansion into this sector. His consultancy background, combined with earlier general contractor roots and years working directly with owners, gives him a unique 360-degree view of the construction ecosystem and supports Buildots' mission to drive industry-wide operational excellence.
