Buildout Receives $8 Million in Series A Funding From Susquehanna Growth Equity to Further Its Commitment to Creating Premiere CRE Technology
CHICAGO, June 26, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Chicago-based commercial real estate marketing technology company Buildout today announced an $8 million Series A investment from Susquehanna Growth Equity.
Started with a $300,000 seed investment in 2013, Buildout has rapidly grown from three employees to more than 30. Buildout's marketing software is used in more than 1,600 brokerages and serves over 10,000 users across all 50 states, including SVN, Lee & Associates, Keller Williams Commercial and Coldwell Banker Commercial, large independents SRS Real Estate Partners, Eastern Consolidated and Sperry Commercial, as well as organizations TCN Worldwide, CORFAC International and ChainLinks. This partnership with Susquehanna Growth Equity will allow Buildout to continue to forge partnerships in CRE and further revolutionize the industry.
