Chauhan Ale & Masala House
123 12th Avenue North, The Gulch, Nashville, TN
Mid-September  
Food Network judge of "Chopped", Maneet Chauhan will open the Indian-inspired Gastropub Chauhan Ale & Masala House, which will feature down-home Southern classics and house-made Indian-spiced beers.

Odys and Penelope

Late November  
Odys and Penelope is the newest project from Chefs/Restaurateurs Karen and Quinn Hatfield, the culinary power couple behind award-winning Hatfield's and The Sycamore Kitchen. The inspiration comes from the restaurant's open grill, wood-fired smoker and churrasco.

Acclaimed chef and restaurateur Marc Vetri will open Lo Spiedo in Philadelphia's Navy Yard. Italian for "the spit," the restaurant features a custom-made 72-inch rotisserie and an Italian-inspired menu that offers a succulent array of slow-roasted meats and vegetables.
