Bumble Bee Foods Unveils 2012 BeeWell for Life® Interactive Health and Wellness Program

SAN DIEGO, March 1, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Bumble Bee Foods today unveiled an exciting upgrade to this year's BeeWell for Life®, the leading North American seafood brand's signature interactive health and wellness program. BeeWell for Life™ is designed to help consumers lead a more healthful lifestyle using the dedicated resource website www.BeeWellForLife.com.

The program offers consumers the chance to earn points by logging the miles they walk, run or bike, completing weekly challenges and entering the calories they consume. These points then translate to money earned for their choice of one, two or all three charity partners. BeeWell for Life™ partners in 2012 are the American Diabetes Association®, WomenHeart: The National Coalition for Women with Heart Disease and Y-ME National Breast Cancer Organization™.
