ECOM will enable importers of consumer products to accomplish a range of tasks through one convenient tool, including: creating a free account; booking, scheduling and paying for an inspection/audit; tracking the status of on-going jobs 24/7; and obtaining detailed reports as well as access to a repository of all inspection and audit reports booked through ECOM.
