Burleson LLP Partner Michael Browning Presents A Texas Regulatory Update On Allocation Wells In April 23 Webinar

SAN ANTONIO, April 23, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Michael Browning, a partner in Burleson LLP's San Antonio location, will present a talk, "Texas Oil and Gas Regulation Update: Allocation Wells," in a webinar on April 23 hosted by Electric Utility Consultants, Inc. (EUCI).  The online event will be held from 1 to 2:30 p.m. EDT.

In his talk, Browning, who is Board Certified in Oil, Gas, and Mineral Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, will discuss the benefits of horizontal drilling, the evolution of the Texas Railroad Commission's regulation of allocation wells, and the existing Texas case law supporting permitting of allocation wells.  The webinar will also highlight areas not addressed by Texas case law and possible legal ramifications.
