Burleson LLP Sets Seminar On Sept. 23 On Critical Updates In Oil & Gas Litigation

HOUSTON, Sept. 19, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Burleson LLP, a full-service law firm devoted primarily to the oil and gas industry, will host a breakfast seminar on Sept. 23 on critical updates in oil and gas litigation as part of its ongoing educational series.  It will be held from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. at Hotel Sorella in Houston.  Registration begins at 8 a.m.

The complimentary event will begin with a presentation covering recent court decisions impacting oil and gas contracts and title law.  The talk will also address a wide range of issues related to common oil and gas lawsuits, including landowner causes of action, such as trespass, conversion, and breach; remedies for such disputes; and recommended strategies to avoid exposure to future risks.
