Burleson LLP Strengthens Securities And Capital Markets Practice, Adding Attorney Kenneth Witt In Denver

Witt is a Harvard graduate and seasoned corporate and securities attorney who is well versed in a number of sophisticated transactions.  These include venture capital investments; information technology outsourcing; mergers and acquisitions; public and private securities offerings; international finance, including joint ventures, cross-border finance, and offshore funds; and strategic alliances. 

Witt, who has earned the Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent® rating, said his decision to join the firm was largely due to Burleson's depth and breadth of energy-specific legal services.
